Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• The product must not be custom-made or made-to-order

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges within 14 days of delivery for size-related or other eligible concerns.

Exchange Conditions

• If the size issue is due to customer selection and the item matches our size chart, an additional exchange processing fee may apply

• If the sizing or product issue occurred due to our error, the exchange will be processed at no extra cost

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items returned used, damaged, or without original tags

• Products returned after 14 days without prior approval.

Order Cancellations 

Cancellation Policy 

• Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund

• After 24 hours, a deduction of up to 35% may apply based on processing status

• Cancellations after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a deduction of up to 50%, especially for made-to-order items

• Orders refused at delivery without prior cancellation approval are not eligible for a refund.
